Jordan Design Studio provides full interior design services within the hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. Our services include;

feasibility

An initial meeting to define the scope and set out a few initial ideas. No fee; no commitment. 

2.

layouts

A creative response outlining the design concepts, taking reference from the strategic brief.

3.

Project Management

For smaller projects, we assist the client in engaging specialist consultants, contract administration, and quality control.

4.

Concept Design

The look and feel imagery transitions into a developed concept, with sketch visuals and a material palette. 

5.

authority approvals

This documentation set will vary dependant on the submission requirements of the relevant authorities.

6.

developed design

Photorealistic 3D visuals and initial drawings are provided, along with furniture lighting specifications.

7.

Procurement

We procure loose items on behalf of our clients. Trade discounts are passed on, typically they range from 10-30%.

8.

Tender

Documentation suitable for pricing is issued. The tender process is managed, and opportunities for value management are considered.

9.

Construction

Documentation is submitted. Co-ordination and site visits occur to ensure the design intent is delivered.

10.

Styling

The styling adds another layer to the design,  and can be part of the final steps in completing a project.
